Nicholas Singh’s faith has been the guiding force behind his lifelong mission to serve others, touching tens of thousands of lives across the world. His journey began at just 12 years old, when he became a volunteer and later a Youth Development Professional and Program Director at the Boys & Girls Club. His impact quickly expanded — becoming one of the leading Wish Granters for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the New York Metropolitan and Long Island areas, earning a reputation for bringing hope and joy to countless families.

Throughout his philanthropic journey, Nick has worked alongside celebrities, professional athletes, influencers, politicians, and public figures, building powerful partnerships to strengthen community efforts. At just 18 years old, he was invited to assist a New York Yankees Executive Community Consultant, helping connect players with community initiatives — a testament to the extraordinary impact he was already making at a young age.

Born in the small country of Guyana, South America, and now a proud Long Island resident, Nicholas Singh embodies resilience, compassion, and leadership. Since his teenage years, he has made it his life’s work to serve communities both locally and globally — offering comfort, love, patience, and joy to those in need. He deeply understands that sometimes, one good day can change a life forever. Through tireless dedication and countless hours of service, Nick continues to inspire hope, heal hearts, and empower the next generation to believe in the power of kindness.

NSF Nicaragua Team will be carrying our mission all year round!🇳🇮 Our team will serve more than 150 individuals and families across multiple communities—distributing everyday necessities, sports equipment, & dance and creativity programs, through storytelling and community service.⚾️⚽️🕺🎨 This team unites volunteers, local leaders, and partners in a shared mission to come together as one community, and uplift personal stories of resilience—one person at a time.👏🏽

Why The Nick Singh Foundation Started

As Nick's journey continued, he also witnessed firsthand the challenges within the nonprofit world — from the mishandling of resources to environments where creativity, collaboration, and genuine care were often overlooked. While these experiences were disheartening, they were not setbacks; they became lessons that shaped his vision for something greater. Fueled by faith, resilience, and a commitment to doing good the right way, Nick founded The Nick Singh Foundation to create a new model: a foundation built on transparency, teamwork, compassion, and community collaboration.
