Meet Blake. He's the kind of kid who can tell you everything about his favorite YouTube creators, the kind of enthusiasm that makes you smile just listening to him.

This past year, Blake and his mom both faced serious medical challenges. At the same time. As a family, they showed up for each other every single day, through fear and exhaustion and uncertainty.

The good news? They're on the other side of the hardest part. And Blake is still a kid with big dreams.

That's where you come in.

The Nick Singh Foundation wants to give him a moment he'll never forget, a chance to meet the YouTube creators who kept him smiling through one of the hardest years of his life.

That's it. Just a kid who deserves a great day, and a community that can help make it happen.
